01 / PROJECT OVERVIEW
The company’s direct-to-student B2C model faced challenges with conversion and establishing trust, prompting a strategic shift toward a B2B SaaS model centered around professional career counselors. However, counselors lacked a dedicated platform to manage their clients, schedule sessions, track progress, and maintain records in one place. To support this transition, we designed a centralized Counselor Management Platform that streamlined day-to-day counseling workflows and provided counselors with the tools to efficiently manage their client relationships and deliver personalized career guidance at scale.
The company’s warehouse and order operations were managed through fragmented workflows, making it difficult to maintain visibility, efficiency, and control across the supply chain. To streamline operations and create a single source of truth, we designed a unified Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS) that centralized warehouse administration, inventory management, and order processing into one scalable platform with role-specific experiences for warehouse teams and sellers.

after speaking to multiple counselors we noted down the main pain points they faced and created a feature list that we wanted the Saas to include. from personal website integration to proper application guide we included it all as mentioned.

As a UX Intern reposnible for creating all the necessary screens, i started by designing a feature list. when that was done i made a detailed flow diagrams that would not only help me design the screens one by one but also help the devs to navigate the screens in the development state. at this point of time Little to no AI was used and the whole process was done manually
