01 / PROJECT OVERVIEW

The company's warehouse and order operations were managed through fragmented workflows, making it difficult to maintain visibility, efficiency, and control across the supply chain. To streamline operations and create a single source of truth, we designed a unified Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS) that centralized warehouse administration, inventory management, and order processing into one scalable platform with role-specific experiences for warehouse teams and sellers.

Rather than following a traditional design approach, we adopted a modern, AI-integrated workflow that accelerated the design process while ensuring every user flow was carefully crafted around the needs, behaviors, and requirements of the end user.

I shaped the experience from early product logic through to final interface decisions, ensuring each workflow felt clear, consistent, and ready for the people using it every day.
